Stephany Jenkins is a Pediatric Physical Therapist. She has been blessed to work with an amazing group of children, all with different challenges. Some challenges you can see and some you can’t. These children overcome incredible obstacles not only physically, but also emotionally. They struggle with building strong friendships, which are vital in the development of all young people.
Stephany watched her own child struggle to make friends in school. He was bullied and treated poorly by other children for being different. It is Stephany’s hope that this book will help improve the tolerance and acceptance of children who are different. We can teach all children from a young age that what makes us different on the outside is not what is important. It is what is on the inside that matters.
